3D Cakes normally contain a combination of 3D flour, sugar, eggs, and butter or oil, with some varieties also requiring liquid and leavening agents. Flavorful ingredients like 3D fruit purées, nuts or extracts are often added to 3D Cakes, and numerous substitutions for the primary ingredients are possible. 3D Cakes are often filled with 3D fruit preserves or 3D dessert sauces like pastry cream, for instance, iced with 3D buttercream or other icings, and decorated with 3D marzipan, piped borders or candied fruit.
